The country rock greats have just extended their run at the unique spherical theatre into December, “due to overwhelming demand.” The new shows are scheduled to take place 6-7 and 13-14 December.

Their Las Vegas residency is set to begin on Friday 20 September. They already have six weekends of Friday and Saturday shows lined up throughout that month, as well as in both October and November.

A press release announcing the new run of concerts states that tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday 10 July at 10:00 PST. An Artist Presale signup begins the day prior, and certain VIP packages will also become available that same day.

They will become the fourth band to undertake a residency at the venue following U2, Phish and Dead & Company, who have suggested that more shows at the venue might be fortcoming.

Earlier this year, Eagles released To The Limit: The Essential Collection. a compilation which curates 51 songs from the studio albums and live recordings the Eagles released between 1972 and 2020. All of the band’s best-known tracks are here, including the #1 hits New Kid In Town, One Of These Nights, Best Of My Love, Hotel California and Heartache Tonight. The set also features plenty of fan favorites with songs like Desperado, Victim Of Love and In The City.

Beyond the studio, To The Limit highlights the Eagles’ impressive touring legacy with more than a dozen electrifying live tracks. These feature selections from Eagles Live (1980) – including the Top 40 hit Seven Bridges Road – as well as songs from Hell Freezes Over (1994), The Millennium Concert (2000), Live At The Forum ’76 (2017), and Live From The Forum MMXVIII (2020).
