Coldplay have shared the new video for the Music Of The Spheres track, Humankind, which was filmed while on tour in Mexico – watch the clip below.

Directed by Stevie Rae Gibbs and James Marcus Haney, the video was shot over the course of Coldplay’s four sold-out shows at Mexico City’s Foro Sol stadium back in April.

Coldplay will play the fourth of six sold-out shows at London’s Wembley Stadium tonight (17 August), before two shows at the stadium this weekend. They then head to Glasgow for a pair of dates at Hampden Park on 23-24 August.

At last night’s (Tuesday 16 August) Wembley show Coldplay were joined by Natalie Imbruglia to pay tribute to Olivia Newton-John, who died last week. Imbruglia sang Newton-John’s part on the hit song Summer Nights from Grease and Chris Martin sang John Travolta’s part with Jacob Collier joining him during the chorus. Newton-John had played Sandy and Travolta Danny in the 1978 film.

Earlier, Imbruglia and Coldplay also performed Torn, Imbruglia’s hit debut single. The song first recorded in 1993 as Burned in Danish by Lis Sørensen, followed in 1994 by Ednaswap, and in 1996 by Trine Rein, before Imbruglia made it a hit in 1997.
