Heather Small, Travis To Play Wychwood Festival 2023
Heather Small, The Proclaimers and Travis are the first artists announced for next year’s Wychwood Festival.
As the lead vocalist of M People, Heather became one of the most recognisable British voices of the 1990s, with albums like the Mercury award-winning Elegant Slumming, Bizarre Fruit and Fresco achieving massive worldwide success.

Having released two successful solo albums in the 90s and early 00s, Heather returned with her first solo album in 16 years in 2022, Colour My Life. The album features re-works of some of her biggest hits, Moving on Up, How Can I Love You More, Search For The Hero and more, including a duet with Alfie Boe on Don’t Look Any Further.
Heather Small said: “I can’t wait to perform at Wychwood Festival for the first time next year. Festival crowds are always the most fun. We’re going to have a party, Cheltenham, so see you there!”

Last year, Wychwood Festival saw headline performances from Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Levellers, and Deacon Blue, with hundreds of activities and workshops also taking place over the weekend.
Now on a bigger site within Cheltenham’s Racecourse, Wychwood is continuing its year on year growth by preparing for its biggest festival yet.
Early Bird tickets are already sold out. Tier 1 tickets start from just £129.50 for adults and £64.50 for children aged 10 – 15. Children under 10 go free.
Cheltenham’s most loved family festival Wychwood Festival will return 2 – 4 June 2023 at the Cheltenham Racecourse.
