Yes And Deep Purple Announce Co-Headline US Tour
Legendary rock bands Yes and Deep Purple are joining forces for a summer 2024 North American tour.
The outing kicks off on 14 August in Hollywood, Florida, and runs through to an 8 September show in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Along the way, the two Rock & Roll Hall of Fame acts will hit such cities as Forth Worth, Texas; Cincinnati; Toronto, Montreal; Wantagh, New York; Bristow, Virginia; and more. Deep Purple are continuing to celebrate their landmark 1972 album Machine Head and its iconic single Smoke on the Water. A super deluxe reissue of Machine Head arrived a couple weeks ago.

Yes, meanwhile, are set to perform 50-plus years of classic songs on the tour, including such evergreen favourites as Roundabout and Owner of a Lonely Heart.
The prog legends also recently announced a 30th anniversary edition of their fan favourite 1994 album Talk, out on 24 May. It will be reissued as a 4CD Deluxe Edition featuring bonus studio material and a previously unreleased live show from New York, new interview with the principal players by renowned writer Jerry Ewing, a 2LP limited edition white vinyl set and a single CD.
