Missy Elliott Kicks Off ‘Out Of This World’ Tour with Busta Rhymes, Ciara
Missy Elliott has kicked off her history-making debut headline tour, Out Of This World, to a sold out crowd at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Starting off with a bang before the megawatt artist’s set, DJ Navarris pumped up the wall-to-wall audience before back-to-back high-octane sets from mega producer Timbaland, multi-platinum selling superstar Ciara, and hip-hop legend Busta Rhymes.
Elliott’s progressive production boasted an impressive ensemble of 25 dancers including ballerinas and a tap dancer, as each mind-blowing performance was elevated by intergalactic set themes, state-of-the-art visuals, and cutting-edge illuminations.
The R&B pioneer blasted off her set with Throw It Back, and supercharged the packed house with fan favourites like Sock It 2 Me, Get Ur Freak On, and Hot Boyz, before wrapping on a high note with Ching-A-Ling, Bring the Pain, and Work It.
