Hayley Williams, Jenny Lewis And More For ‘G*ve A F*ck LA’ Benefit Concert
Hayley Williams, Jenny Lewis, St Vincent and more have been announced for a new benefit concert for the Los Angeles wildfires, G*ve A F*ck LA – see the full line-up below.
G*ve A F*ck LA will take place on 5 February at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, California, and will also include sets from Lucy Dacus, MUNA, Perfume Genius, The Linda Lindas, Phantom Planet, Courtney Barnett, Christopher Owens, Reggie Watts and more.
Tickets will go on sale at 12pm Pacific time today (28 January), and fans who are unable to attend in person will be able to stream the event via Veeps with a minimum of a USD$5 donation.
Confirmation of Jenny Lewis’ appearance comes after the news that her band Rilo Kiley will reunite at this year’s Just Like Heaven festival, set to take place on 10 May at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. In a statement about the reunion, Rilo Kiley said, “We are so very excited to come back together for Just Like Heaven in Pasadena, California—Los Angeles. As a band, we began here, and we feel so fortunate to return among so many artists and friends, to this community we hold so dear, in such a beautiful and meaningful place.”
The G*ve a F*ck LA benefit concert will follow the FireAid benefit concerts on 30 January that will take place concurrently at the Intuit Dome and the KIA Forum and feature Joni Mitchell, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rod Stewart, Stevie Nicks, Green Day, Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Lady Gaga, Gracie Abrams, No Doubt, Graham Nash and more.
