Other acts of note set to appear at Ohana include The Breeders, Dogstar, Pillow Queens and more. Visit the event’s official website for further information.

Sting and his power rock trio, aptly dubbed Sting 3.0, will serve as a late addition headliner, slated to perform during the festival weekend on Saturday, September 28, replacing Neil Young & Crazy Horse’s slot on the bill, after the ensemble cancelled their summer tour and subsequent appearances due to illness.

Sting, will handle vocal and bass duties during the Ohana show, with accompaniment from Dominic Miller on guitar and drummer Chris Maas (Mumford & Sons, Maggie Rogers). The group’s Ohana appearance promises the delivery of songs from String’s celebrated catalogue of solo and songs from The Police, which will reference his five-decade-plus stint as a performer.

The annual gathering began in 2016 and aims to extend its offerings with more outside music. One such addition is The Cove, a unique area within the festival representing a cross-section of art and environmentalism with curated programming on the Storytelling Stage. The area taps into the festival’s intent to raise awareness about ocean and environmental issues through discussions, exhibits, and panels from world-renowned conservationists, environmentalists, researchers, and surfers. Also included is an art gallery with work curated by Charles R. Alder.
