Coldplay Share Tracklisting For New Album ‘Moon Music’
Coldplay have shared the tracklisting of their hotly anticipated new album Moon Music.

The band shared a video of frontman Chris Martin writing the titles of the tracks alongside the caption, “Countdown initiated… with just 7 weeks until the release of our new album Moon Music, we’re thrilled to reveal the tracklist.”
Coldplayreleased the album’s lead single feelslikeimfallinginlove last month and recently announced that the next single will be We Pray, previewed at the band’s headline Glastonbury slot and featuring Little Simz, Burna Boy, Elyanna and Tini. We Pray is released on 23 August but the band have already released a snippet of the track, listen below.
Moon Music will be released on 4 October. Each vinyl copy of the album – produced my Max Martin – will be made out of nine recycled PET-plastic bottles that have been recovered from waste, which will prevent the manufacture of more than 25 metric tonnes of virgin plastic, and provide an 85% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to traditional 140g vinyl.
Likewise, CD editions of the record will be the first in the world to be released on ‘EcoCD’, created from 90% recycled polycarbonate, sourced from post-consumer waste streams.
There will also be a limited ‘Notebook Edition’ of the record, which comes as a casebound hardback book, a replica of Chris Martin’s original studio notebook. It will contain 28 pages of notes, lyrics and illustrations from the album’s creative process.
Coldplay are currently in the home stretch of their Music Of The Spheres tour, which has become the highest-grossing rock tour of all time. According to Billboard, the tour has grossed $945.7 million and sold 8.8 million tickets since launching in March 2022. These numbers have surpassed the previous record holder, Sir Elton John, whose Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour grossed $939.1 million during its run from 2018 to 2023.
