Green Day Announce New European Shows For 2025
Green Day have announced a handful of European dates for 2025 and promised fans that more are to come.

A post on the band’s socials reads, “Europe 👋🏻👋🏻 Just added a new festival in Italy next summer and some headline shows for ya in cities we didn’t make it to last time around!!!” So far shows have been announced in Italy, Austria, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
Tickets go on general sale here at 10am local time this Friday (25 October). Fans can sign up here for a pre-sale at the same time tomorrow (23 Wednesday 23).
Green Day recently continued the 30th anniversary celebrations for their classic album Dookie by sharing a new version of the album recorded on “obscure, obsolete and otherwise inconvenient limited-edition formats”.
The collaboration with LA-based art studio BRAIN features lo-res, glitchy versions of the songs transferred on formats including floppy disc (Having A Blast), wax cylinder (When I Come Around) and an electric toothbrush (Pulling Teeth).
A press release read, “Instead of smoothing out its edges and tweaking its dynamic ranges, this version of Dookie has been metÂicuÂlously mangled to fit on formats with uncomÂpromisÂingÂly low fidelity, from wax cylinders to answering machines to toothbrushes. The listening experience is unparalleled, sacrificing not only sonic quality, but also convenience, and occasionally entire verses,” it added.
Limited numbers of each of the formats will be for sale, with fans asked to submit a drawing for a chance to buy one of the artefacts. More information is available on the official Dookie Demastered site, where all of the recordings can also be played.
