Both Jason Derulo and Snoop Dogg have earned their second music video in YouTube‘s Billion Views Club, as their 2014 collaboration, Wiggle passed the milestone on the platform.

“You know what to do with that big, fat butt/ Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle,” Derulo sings in the chorus of the song, and the accompanying video featured a fittingly bootylicious pool party after the star wakes up in a bed full of beautiful women. Ne-Yo even makes a special appearance in the visual.

Wiggle was featured as the fourth single from Derulo’s 2014 Talk Dirty album, following The Other Side, Marry Me and the title track. Wiggle peaked at No. 5 on the all-genre Billboard Hot 100, while Talk Dirty hit No. 4 on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

“Wiggle is one of my favorite songs on the album,” Derulo previously said of the track. “After I finished recording it I knew it would be a special record, so I reached out to the big OG homie, Snoop, and he blessed me with an incredible verse, and now the record is out of here. When we were making the video I wanted to capture the fun and light nature of the song, as well as highlight the dancing and swag that the song represents.”

Earlier this year, Jason Derulo released his latest album Nu King. The 27-song project was described as his “boldest body of work yet” and collated a handful of fan favorites such as Acapulco, Slow Low, Swalla, Lifestyle [feat. Adam Levine], Love Not War [feat. Nuka], and more alongside various newly recorded anthems. The project received a special gold plaque upon release from Atlantic Records.

Derulo said “Nu King is the culmination of my career so far. It’s been nine years since my last full-length, and a lot has happened. I never stopped making music though. A lot of those songs didn’t have a proper home, so I made a place for them. The newer songs are just a piece of my life at the moment. Combining everything, the entire album has a cinematic feel. For the title, King is my son’s name. You can go further, and this is a crowning moment I’m really proud of. 2023 was a preparation year; 2024 is a year of celebrating all of the hard work I’ve put in and what I’ve built”.
